NCBJ and CEA present three posters at 2016 IEEE Nuclear Science Symposium

C-BORD partners Narodowe Centrum Badań Jądrowych and CEA will present three posters on C-BORD results at 2016 IEEE Nuclear Science Symposium and Medical Imaging Conference on 29 October – 6 November 2016 in Strasbourg.

The NCBJ poster will show a "Comparison of prompt and delayed photofission neutron detection techniques using different types of radiation detectors" that are being used for the C-BORD project.

One CEA poster will focus on the "Detection of high-energy delayed gamma-rays and delayed neutrons from photofission using large size plastic scintillators and 3He counters".

A second CEA poster will show the "Detection system of the first Rapidly Re-locatable Tagged Neutron Inspection System (RRTNIS), developed in the Framework of the European H2020 C-BORD project".
